I can’t log in to the Quan platform. What can I do?

  • The initial password you received is in an email titled "Welcome to Quan"
  • To request a new password, click ‘Forgot password’ on the Quan login page
  • If your company has the single-sign-on (SSO) option, use your company credentials to log in
