Dimensions

Mind

An individual’s perception of their thoughts and feelings.

Body

An individual’s perception of their physical condition.

Social connectedness

An individual’s perception of having close interpersonal relationships.

Self-fulfillment

An individual’s perception of fulfillment of their potential and talents.

Meaning

An individual’s perception of their life having purpose, value and coherence.

Sub-dimensions

Concentration

Focusing your attention without becoming distracted.

Creativity

Generating new ideas, solutions or possibilities.

Positive mood

A happy, hopeful and confident mental state.

Stress

The physical or mental reaction to feeling threatened, under pressure, overwhelmed or unable to cope.

Anxiousness

Experiencing worry, unease or concern.

Mindfulness

Intentionally bringing your attention to your body, mind, feelings and surroundings.

Uncertainty

A situation in which something is unknown.

Burn-out

Experiencing emotional, physical and/or mental exhaustion due to continuous stress.

Exercise

Physical activity to keep your body healthy.

Nutrition

Your food and drink intake and the way it influences your body.

Cravings

A strong feeling of wanting something (such as a substance or experience).

Recovery

The process of returning to a normal or unstressed state of health, mind or strength.

Sleep

A resting state in which your body is not active and your mind unconscious.

Body appreciation

The extent to which you accept and like your own body.

Aches and pains

Any physical pain or discomfort.

Relationships

Your connection with the people in your life.

Receiving support

The emotional, physical or mental assistance you receive from others to help you cope.

Giving support

The emotional, physical or mental assistance you give to others to help them cope.

Appreciation

The feeling of being acknowledged and valued.

Belonging

The feeling of acceptance, inclusion and being an important member of a particular group (e.g., family, friends, work environment).

Satisfaction

A pleasant feeling of happiness and contentment with your life.

Work-life balance

Your satisfaction with the level of balance between your work and personal life.

Self-esteem

Your belief and confidence in your own ability and value.

Engagement

Feeling fully involved and invested in a task or situation

Personal growth

The self-development that comes from continuously learning, changing, and becoming better.

Purpose

The feeling of having a reason for doing what you do.

Values authenticity

How aligned your actions are to your personality, beliefs and personal values.

Meaningful contribution

The importance and usefulness of your actions in producing something, achieving something or making something successful.

Optimism

The degree to which you believe life, or events, will have a positive outcome.
